It’s been nearly a year that the Haturlim, Mayem road was dug up for some pipelines. This narrow road is used by many two-wheelers as well as four-wheelers.
On completion of the work, authorities have failed to level the road. And since it is not leveled properly commuters, using this road, face a hard time. If a four-wheeler comes in the opposite direction, it becomes difficult for the other person, especially on two-wheelers to stay on the side of the road to give way to four-wheeler for the fear of falling on this irregular road. The concerned authorities need to hot mix the road at the earliest.
It would be ideal if speed-breakers were also installed on this road, as at times, vehicles go quite fast on this narrow road.
