The door of a transformer situated near fire station at Varkhandem in Ponda has collapsed to the ground. This situation has been noticed for last almost 15 days.
Pedestrians, especially school students, are confronted with grave danger.
As on Saturday, March 10, the situation in this regard was found to be unchanged. In fact, out of concern for my fellow citizens I had requested higher officials at the electricity department in Ponda to take a note of this serious matter and have the collapsed door of this transformer re-fixed at once in the interest of pedestrians. Let’s hope the changes are made soon.
