Maintain ATMs regularly

Many customers, especially migrant labourers visit the ATMs at State Bank of India situated at Sadar in Ponda. However, out of the two ATM machines provided at the bank, one machine is found to be out of order on most occasions.
Hence, public at large face great inconvenience in the process. With only one machine found functional at the premise, a long queue has been noticed here on most occasions. Customers have to waste much of their precious time in order to get their turn for carrying out necessary financial transaction.
In public interest, it is absolutely necessary for the higher officials at the particular bank to see to it that the existing two machines are assured regular maintenance so that they remain functional round the clock.
Such a favourable step would go a long way in ending the hardships of innocent customers on a permanent basis. Indeed, public at large must be provided efficient service at all costs. Let us hope that prompt positive steps would be taken in this matter at the earliest.
