The gutters may have been cleared as part of the pre-monsoon work in the Port Town of Vasco. But at several places the storm drains have been left open and the broken concrete slabs have not been replaced. This poses danger to the pedestrians, specially little children and the aged. The authorities concerned need to cover the drains and replace the broken slabs on a war footing before any untoward incident occurs.
