Poor condition of roads

Wearing helmets will only protect the head in case of accidents but there are so many factors that are responsible for accidents. Our roads are bad and full of potholes. This is because someone responsible has pocketed money and the contractor has used substandard materials for the roads.
Policemen are not doing their duty properly. They do random checking and are more interested in collecting fines.
Two wheelers are used as cargo trucks with sometimes even a 12-foott ladder being carried vertically or horizontally. Use of mobile is seen as major sickness. We need CCTV cameras to check rash driving, etc. Our roads should be marked properly and drivers should learn to follow the traffic rules.
Buses are treated as VIP and they make their stop anywhere and many times after eleven in the afternoon the drivers as well as conductors are drunk. There are no speed sign boards on the roads. What has happened to the interceptors? I do not see any of them on the roads. Can our beloved chief minister put an end to all the discrepancies and punish those not doing their duty and those who break the rules and put interceptors on road?
