I like to bring to the notice of the concerned authorities that the gutters are being left uncovered on the pavement of National Highway 17, near the O’Coqueiro Junction and opposite Tata Motors, Porvorim, very close to the same junction causing immense danger to the pedestrians, as one can see and the one near the Tata Motors, many motor vehicles have fallen in. These gutters are in the jurisdiction of Village Panchayat of Pilerne-Marra or the PWD (National Highways).
