This junk car has been lying on the road side for years just 100 metres from the PWD office in Panjim.
Gathered around it is such a lot of filth and garbage. Despite sending this picture to the traffic cell months ago, this vehicle has not been removed. How can we permit this waste of public space when then there is so limited parking space in the city? And why is the garbage and rubble allowed to collect around this vehicle if the Municipality workers are doing their job well? Besides, one wonders how we can reach the desired Smart City status if we permit such misuse of public property. Wrecked and discarded vehicles need to be cleared from all public areas.
