I am writing to bring to your attention a pressing issue that has been causing significant hardship to the public, particularly senior citizens, at the Margao TCP Department. For several months, the lift in the building has been non-functional, forcing people to climb up and down to the 4th floor. This situation is especially challenging for elderly individuals and those with mobility issues.
The lack of a functioning lift is not only inconvenient but also poses a serious risk to the health and safety of many visitors. I urge the concerned authorities to address this matter urgently and ensure that the lift is repaired without further delay.
