Scooterists have become road hogs. They ride and overtake without looking, oblivious to other commuters. They show little consideration to cars, children, pedestrians and other scooterists. Are they the only ones entitled to be on the roads? They ride and overtake on any and every side of the roads. They abide by no rules. They seem to be a law unto themselves.
It is imperative that something must be done. Road rules are being totally ignored. Educate the riders on road etiquette. Perhaps hold seminars so that they can learn to show consideration to others on the road. Teach them not be road hogs.
