The condition of Panjim is going from bad to worse everyday. On November 10, when I was on my regular walk from Dona Paula to Panjim, I noticed such a bad road and pavement condition at Campal.
Look at the photograph when the authorities claim that Panjim Campal road is a Smart Road but in fact I should say it is a dirtiest city among all other cities in Panjim or Goa. This photo is taken at mid Campal road opposite Beach Resort just today.
