VASCO: Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant on Thursday assured overall development and completion of pending projects and developmental works from Mormugao constituency, urging people to elect the BJP-backed candidates for upcoming municipal election.
While addressing to people outside Shri Laxminarayan temple in Headland Sada, Sawant said that at the national level Prime Minister Narendra Modi is running the govt and bringing development. In Goa BJP govt is in power and therefore it is important to bring BJP-backed councillors to undertake overall development.
He further revealed that around 10,000 govt posts will be advertised soon and people will get jobs.
When asked about some pending works, CM said that the main road at Sada will be completed before this year Monsoon and the major port connectivity road will be completed before assembly election.
