The chief minister was received at the Hospital by Unit Head Girish Babu Bommakanti, who escorted him to the patient, and appraised him about this operation which was performed by Dr Shekhar Salkar, chief of clinical services and also HoD of Oncology.
As on date, five patients have been treated at Manipal Hospitals Goa under the Deen Dayal Swasthya Seva Yojana [DDSSY] Scheme.
