MARGAO: Benaulim locals on Saturday expressed anger over dumping of garbage in the open fields, as they caught hold of one Colva local red-handed engaged in creating a garbage menace at Pedda-Benaulim.
While speaking to media persons, Benaulim locals warned that they will not tolerate such type of nuisance.
Later, the police were also called at the site, wherein he was asked to clean the whole area, and pay the fine.
