MAPUSA: The Colvale police have arrested three persons for stealing a JCB excavator.

Police stated that Yamnoor Kadkal lodged a complaint that unknown accused stole his his JCB bearing registration No. GA-01-S-6502 which was parked in an open public place at Madel Housing Board Thivim.
After technical surveillance, three accused Ravi Dheerappa Chavan, Ravi Dhakappa Rathod both residents of Sai Colony Madel and Prakash Somu Rathod from Auchit vaddo Thivim, all natives of Karnataka were arrested and an offence under section 379 of the IPC was registered against them.
The accused were produced before the JMFC court and were remanded to three days Police custody.
