Colvale police have registered a First Information Report (FIR) against Sanjay Sahani and Om Prakash Sahani, both natives of Ballia district in Uttar Pradesh, for allegedly attempting to murder their roommate, Amit Kumar.
According to police sources, the incident involved an alleged attack on Amit Kumar, who was residing with the accused at the time. Following a complaint, Colvale police initiated an investigation and booked the two accused under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code for attempted murder.
Further details regarding the motive behind the assault and the condition of the victim are awaited, as police continue their probe into the matter. The accused are expected to be questioned as part of the ongoing investigation.
