A visit to the Cortalim Comunidade office revealed a notice pasted on the door of the office that cheques duly signed by the committee members were inwarded in the Administration of Comunidade office, South Zone, which were not countersigned by the Administrator for effective payment of dividends/zonos. February 8, 9 and 10 were fixed for the payment of dividends/zonos.
Last Sunday, the dividends of the Sancoale Comunidade were also not paid as the cheques were not countersigned by the Administrator despite a gazetted notification for payment of dividends/zonos.
