CANACONA: A case of trespass and damage to the property of a resort based at Devabagh is registered against a couple from Palolem at Canacona police station on Friday.
Police said that the manager of R Bose Hospitality Management PVT Ltd complained that the accused persons, all members of a family, trespassed into their premises breaking the lock of the gate and causing damage to electrical appliances.
A case is registered against the accused under Sections 447, 448, 427 read with 34 of IPC for criminal trespass and mischief causing damages. The case is being probed by head constable Suresh Velip under the supervision of Canacona PI Sudesh Narvekar.
