CUNCOLIM: Fifty daily wage contract workers of Sunrise Electromet, a steel factory at Cuncolim Industrial Estate, sat on dharna in front of the factory gate protesting non-payment of their three months wages.
The workers are from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.
Instead of paying the dues of the agitating workers, the factory management called police force to disperse them from protesting.
