In the wake of increasing Dengue cases reported in various parts of Goa over the past few weeks, concerns arose regarding the situation in Aldona. However, the Health Officer from the Aldona Primary Health Center stepped forward on Monday to allay fears and clarify that there have been no recent cases of Dengue in the area.
The officer sought to dispel the rumours circulating about a potential spike in Dengue infections in Aldona, emphasizing that the situation remains under control. Residents were urged not to panic and to continue taking necessary precautions to prevent the spread of the mosquito-borne disease.
This clarification serves as a reminder of the importance of obtaining accurate information from health authorities and avoiding the spread of unverified rumors during public health crises. The local health department continues to monitor and address any potential health threats in the region.
