MARGAO: In wake of the upcoming celebration of Goa Revolutionary Day, Margao Municipal Council (MMC) along with Goa State Urban Development Agency, besides others conducted an inspection of the ongoing work pertaining to the beautification of the historical Lohia Maidan on Thursday.
18th June Kranti Din Committee, present at the time of inspection expressed satisfaction with regard to the ongoing work. Margao MLA Digambar Kamat also remained present and submitted his suggestions to the concerned contractor.
Rohit Kadam, Chief Officer, MMC said, “We want maximum ongoing work to be completed so that the celebration is held smoothly, and without any hardships to the public”, he stated.
