PANJIM: The recently transferred IAS Officer Ravi Dhawan is appointed as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Imagine Panaji Smart City Development Ltd (IPSCDL) with immediate effect.
Dhawan has reported to the administration in November. Dhawan has replaced IAS Hemant Kumar as CEO of IPSCDL. Kumar, the Commissioner of State Taxes, was given additional charge in October.
