BICHOLIM: A day-long seminar on Divine Mercy was held at Our Lady of Grace Church, Bicholim, recently. The seminar was organised by the Divine Mercy Movement based at the Carmelite Monastery, Margao in collaboration with Our Lady of Grace Church, Bicholim.
The resource person for the day was Fr Simião Fernandes, director of Pastoral Institute, Old Goa. Reflecting on the theme, “Mercy of God in the Old Testament,” Fr Simião appealed to the members of the Divine Mercy groups to know the Word of God to understand the Mercy of God and become the messengers of the mercy of God in their respective parishes and society at large.
