PANJIM: Director of Urban Development Elvis Gomes has challenged Goa government’s seniority list before the Goa Bench of Bombay High Court.
In his petition, Gomes has prayed to the court that the seniority list released on August 19 be set aside, given that the final list was released by the government earlier on June 24.
Transport Director Arun Desai and Director Information and Publicity Sandeep Jacques have also been made respondents in the case. The matter will now be heard on September 24.
