MARGAO: The final arguments in the infamous fake ticket scam have been posted on July 8 before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC), Margao.
It may be recalled that during the last hearing, the court had ordered that since no steps have been taken by the prosecution to prosecute the matter, the evidence of prosecution stands closed.
Margao Police have filed a charge sheet against then Goa Cricket Association (GCA) president Dayanand Narvekar and eight others in the Margao court under several sections of IPC, including criminal conspiracy.
