MARGAO: The Margao flying squad on Sunday afternoon seized boxes containing audio CDs from a Tata Indica car parked at Comba-Margao near the office of Urban Development Minister, Joaquim Alemao.
Acting on a tip off, the flying squad descended at the spot with police protection and laid their hands on the boxes containing the CDs. The boxes were later lifted away by the police and stacked in the collectorate building.
Sources in the know said the CD contains Konkani songs on the Urban Development Minister and his son Yuri. Both are contesting the coming polls from Cuncolim and Sanguem Assembly constituencies respectively.
