Motorcycle-borne miscreants last night snatched a bag from two foreigners at Benaulim, containing valuables worth Rs 69,750.
The incident occurred last night when the duo, were going out for dinner when the miscreants came on a motorcycle and snatched the bag.
Colva police said the bag contained a phone, a diamond ring, besides cash of Rs 8550, all valued around Rs 69,750.
Following a complaint lodged by a UK national, the Colva police registered an offense against unknown persons under section 356 and 379 of the IPC.
Further investigations are on.
