PANJIM: Former Chief Minister and Congress Poriem MLA Pratapsingh Rane and his wife Vijaydevi have tested positive for COVID-19. Both have been admitted in Goa Medical College and Hospital (GMC).
Revealing this, Health Minister Vishwajit Rane said, “They are under the supervision of our team of doctors headed by Dr Shivanand Bandekar at GMC.”
Before Pratapsingh Rane, several politicians, including Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant, had also tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
