MARGAO: Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC), Margao, Kalpana Gawas has kept the extortion and assault case against Nuvem MLA Mickky Pacheco and Mathew Diniz for order on framing of charges on November 26.
The public prosecutor filed their arguments in court on October 21 and has already argued on the inclusion of Section 341 in the case, which will come up for hearing on November 26.
On Monday, Mickky appeared before the JMFC in the casino brawl case of 2009. His advocate has alleged that Mickky has been illegally, falsely and with malicious intentions implicated in this case and made to appear for five years. Adv Anacleto will argue further on the day of order on framing of charges against the duo.
Adv. Anacleto has also argued on behalf of Diniz and has called the charges against him as frivolous.
