PANJIM: A 15-year-old girl has complained of sexual assault and violence against her husband.
In a complaint to the Panjim town police station on Friday, the victim alleged that he would often beat her up and had even burnt her skin on many occasions.
Both, the victim and the accused are natives of Nepal and they had married about a year back. Police said the couple came down to Goa some four months ago. The alleged accused had been doing small time jobs.
The girl has even complaint of sexual abuse and sexual assault against him.
A case under section 324 of IPC for causing hurt using dangerous weapons and 8(2) of Goa Children Act, 2003 has been registered.
