Goa Government Allocates ₹100 Crore for Scheme, ₹3,000 to Be Credited Directly to Beneficiaries

Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has announced that the Goa government has earmarked ₹100 crore for the scheme, with eligible beneficiaries set to receive ₹3,000 directly through their accounts.

Sawant said the scheme will have no income ceiling, allowing eligible beneficiaries across income groups to avail themselves of the financial assistance.

The scheme will also cover domestic PNG (piped natural gas) consumers, expanding its reach to households using piped gas.
