His Excellency, Goa Governor PS Sreedharan Pillai who visited the Herald Head Office at Verna on Wednesday, said he was extremely happy to visit Goa’s oldest newspaper which had a good tradition. He stated that after assuming charge as Governor, he read the Herald on a daily basis. “It is the bounden duty of the press to educate the masses. Herald is teaching the people the truth and doing service to the people,” Governor Sreedharan Pillai said.
