The Goa Police Anti Narcotic Cell has busted an illegal indoor cannabis cultivation setup at a residential complex in Alto Porvorim, seizing narcotics and related material collectively valued at ₹1.28 lakh.
During the operation, officials recovered five cannabis plants, 16 grams of ganja, 22 grams of hydroponic weed, and cannabis seeds allegedly used for cultivation. The indoor setup was reportedly being operated within a flat in the residential complex.
Police said the raid was carried out based on specific intelligence inputs regarding illegal cultivation and distribution activities in the area.

In view of ongoing investigations aimed at establishing forward linkages and tracing the wider network, authorities have withheld the identities of the accused persons at this stage.
