Police detained eleven accused who had kept hostage two persons in the coastal
state (Goa) asking them for ransom. SP North Nidhin Valsan said that the FIR of
extortion was filed with Hyderabad police.He said that the accused were
demanding Rs 3.5 crore to Rs 4 crore with Jayram Kumar to release both the
victims, who were working with him
