PANJIM: The State government has finally constituted the long awaited Goa Tourism Board, notification of which was released on Thursday.
The 15-member Board is headed by Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant as its Chairman and Tourism Minister as the Co-Chairman. Representatives from Goa Tourism Development Corporation, Travel and Tourism Association of Goa, Goa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the World Travel and Tourism Council, India Initiative (WTTCII), environmental expert among others are also a part of the Board.
