PANJIM: The State government has decided to maintain an online inventory of assets lying within its departments and corporations.
The Goa Waste Management Corporation, the nodal agency, through Info Tech Corporation, has developed the digital platform ‘Asset Management Information System’, which shall provide easy access to the data of all assets available with various government organisations.
“The online digital mode of operating through ‘AMIS’ shall also reduce paperwork and save time by enabling the execution of the work of condemnation within the stipulated time frame,” the GWMC said in a report.
The GWMC will provide single window clearance and service by virtue of which all codal procedures will be carried out.
