PANJIM: Following stiff resistance from tiatr lovers and artistes Kala Academy has withdrawn its decision to hold the group B Tiatr competition in Vasco and has decided to hold the competition in Panjim at Kala Academy’s open air theater.
Kala Academy Chairman Vishnu Surya Wagh said he had a meeting with all participating institutions and heard their apprehension about holding the competition in Vasco.
The apprehension was that the competition in Vasco will not gather a good audience and may demoralize the young artistes.
