GSM foresees Prez rule in Goa

Expects simultaneous elections to Lok Sabha, Goa Assembly

PONDA: Goa Suraksha Manch Convenor Subash Velingkar said looking at the current political scenario he foresees President’s rule in Goa and expects simultaneous elections to the Lok Sabha and Goa Legislative Assembly. 
Addressing party workers at Ponda, he said Goa Suraksha Manch will contest 36 assembly seats and win all 36 seats. 
He called upon the workers to be alert and said the Goa Suraksha Manch  is ready for polls. 
Stating that there is no difference in the politics of BJP, Congress, Goa Forward and MGP, he said that people are fed up with these political parties. MGP is following the footsteps of BJP and is only interested in power, he alleged and claimed that the BJP has failed to fulfil the assurances made to voters by making U-turns for which they are known.
He declared that from June 21 to July 22 Goa Suraksha Manch  will commence membership drive and besides Block level committees will be formed in each constituency.
