PANJIM: The Goa University has postponed the exams for BE (Civil, Mechanical, ETC/ECE, Computer, Electricals and Electronics and Information Technology) of semester VII, revised course: 2019-2020 scheduled on Wednesday, January 18 following requests by students asking for more gap in between the two papers.
The examination will now be held on Monday, January 23 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm instead of 2 pm to 5 pm, stated Examination Section of Goa University.
Meanwhile, the National Students Union of India (NSUI), Goa has urged the Goa University not to conduct GUSC 2022-2023 elections overlapping the semester exams of various courses like BE, LLB, PG Part 1, BAMS, BHMS, B Architecture, BSc Agriculture, BFA/MFA, BBA, BDS/MDS, MBBS, Allied Health Programmes and etc.
The NSUI has now convened an all party students organisation meeting on Wednesday, January 18 at 4:45 pm at Vice Chancellor’s Chamber, Goa University, to discuss the matter.
