SANGUEM: The staff, litigants and visitors to the Civil and Criminal Court in Sanguem had harrowing experience on Thursday after the foul smell emanating from the nearby garbage dump of Curchorem Cacora Municipal Council engulfed the court premises with no relief whatsoever coming from any quarters.
