PANJIM: The High Court of Bombay at Goa on Friday directed the Panjim Sessions Court to decide upon the petition related to bribery cases filed against former Inspector General of Police Sunil Garg within eight weeks.
Vasco businessman Munnalal Halwai had approached the Panjim Sessions Court on August 11, 2016 with a petition to direct ACB to register a FIR against Garg.
