PANJIM: The High Court of Bombay at Goa has issued a show cause notice to DCS Solar director Dipak Shah asking him as to why action under the Contempt of Courts Act should not be initiated against him for submitting fabricated bank guarantee to the State government.

The Court stated that Shah can file his affidavit if he so desires within four weeks from the date of receipt of this notice. The DCS Solar had bagged the bid for the construction of the Convention Centre at Dona Paula.
Advocate General Devidas Pangam submitted that the petitioner misled the Court.
