PANJIM: The High Court of Bombay at Goa Wednesday issued notices to the State government in connection with the illegal construction of beach shacks in the government property at Gaura Wado, Calangute.

In the notices, the division Bench has sought from the respondents to file affidavit dealing with averments of the petition.
