MARGAO: The fourth edition of the two-day Herald Auto Expo got underway at the SGPDA Complex, Margao on Saturday.
Inaugurated at the hands of South Goa district Collector Venancio Furtado, day one of the exhibition evoked huge response from buyers who thronged the venue to catch a glimpse of the automobiles on display.
Complimenting Herald Group for holding Goa’s biggest auto expo, the district Collector said the initiative will benefit the people in a big way, looking out to purchase a four wheeler of one’s choice.
‘The Expo has brought together various brands under one roof, giving the buyer a wide choice to purchase a car after having a feel of one choice and within individual budget,” Furtado said.
The exhibition will end on Sunday at 8 pm.

For those having passion to have a bike DSK Hyosung offer New GT650R- sheer racing style 4 stroke, 72.68 Bhp @ 9000 rpm also Aquila pro and ST 7 wild powerlful free bike which according to the company official are a craze among the NRIs and youth. Goa Rajee also offers a wide range of Honda two wheelers. Among the high branded four wheelers Bravaria Motors have on display BMW vehicles, Counto Motors, Mercedes Benz, Coastal Honda, Honda cars, Priority Automobilies, Skoda vehicles and many others. The large display at the Quadros stable boasts of Mahindra, Suzuki, Yamaha & Vespa two wheelers and Renault 4-wheelers witnessed a rush of visitors, eager to have a look at the exhaustive parade of the best scooters, motor-bikes and cars. Visitors were spoilt for choice with the various products, offers and schemes. The exhibition shall remain open on Sunday November 16 from 10 am to 8 pm.
