According to reports, Sandesh Kandolkar, was riding a scooter (GA-03-F-4084) when the accident too place. The grievously injured Sandesh Kandolkar was found near the fallen scooter and a 108 ambulance staff declared him dead at the accident site.
PSI Vijaynath Kavlekar is investigating the case.
