House collapse leaves 4 Ibrampur families homeless

PERNEM: Four families comprising 25 members were left homeless as the entire house collapsed during heavy rains at Kubalwada, Ibrampur on Thursday. However, no one was injured. 
The members informed that on Wednesday night, a  portion of the house collapsed and they moved out of the house with all their belongings. Unfortunately, on Thursday morning, the entire house collapsed. The mud house, which is over 50 years old,  is owned by Vanita Anna Madkar. 
Meanwhile, three more houses owned by Ashok Shivram Kubal, Madhukar Kubar and Sunil Kubal were completely flooded. 
The affected families have been shifted to residences of Ibrampur sarpanch Sonali Pawar and Subhash Sawant, Headmaster of Sateri Vidyamandir High School, Ibrampur. 
Incessant rains since the last 5 days have made life of the common man miserable as people lost their houses and belongings.
 Several cowsheds and around 12,000 banana plantations were damaged in Ibrampur.
