Indian Political League will soon start with likely Revolutionary teams and buying and selling of players

Ramu, a very serious lover of cricket was absolutely heartbroken at India’s unbelievable loss at the World Cup. He was in no mood to have dinner and went off the sleep, very dejected and hurt.

But then he slipped into a different dream. He saw that the next big tournament was round the corner – the IPL or the Indian Poll League.

Wanting to know more about this IPL, in his dream, Ramu decided to go across and consult his all-knowing guru and wise

one Chintamani.

He walked across to Chintamani’s ashram not far from his home and presented himself before him. The conversation went somewhat like this:

Chintamani: Be blessed Ramu, what brings you here

Ramu: The IPL

Chinta: The IPL, you mean the very rich T20 cricket tournament.

Ramu: No the very rich “Indian Poll League”, a political tournament, but I don’t know exactly what it is.

Chintamani (laughing out loud- LoL) Ah, I see. It’s not much different. In this tournament, there is likely buying and selling of players. They are traded, and they are auctioned. No player belongs to any one party (sorry…I mean team). After the auction, they go to the highest bidder and then his measurements are taken for the team jersey.

There will be Revolutionary Teams fielded in the IPL backed by bigger teams

There are also Revolutionary teams in this IPL, informed Chinta. “These Revolutionaries are actually fielded by one of the bigger teams and they play according to the orders of the big teams, in such a manner that the big teams sponsoring them win. The Revolutionary team bosses aren’t short of funds and support, and they are likely to get both from abroad, especially UK where it has a lot of gullible fans. However innocent gullible supporters and some players will never know this team’s motive, wherein the funds and other money will be pocketed by the team’s boss.”

Ramu: Wow Chinta all this is very

interesting. What about fans

and spectators?

Chinta: They are all there. They cheer for the players the players also go to them before the games and ask for support, the supporters are also likely to get a lot of gifts and goodies, so everyone is happy. It’s a good circus.

The champion of this IPL would rule for five years in this very exciting sport.
