CANACONA: Herald caught up with local MLA Isidore Fernandes at his office at Chaudi, Canacona to get his views on the clean sweep of all six panchayats in his constituency. Expressing delight Isidore said: “I have to thank all voters of the six panchayats for reposing faith in me and my candidates’ abilities to deliver.
