MARGAO: The Goa bench of the Bombay High Court has ordered that notices be issued to the respondents Chief Secretary, Government of Goa and Attorney of Ramnath Devasthan and a reply be filed by January 17, 2017.
The High Court issued the order during a hearing of writ petition against the authorities of Ramnathi Temple, Bandora on Wednesday. The petitioner Mahesh Dattaram Nayak in the writ petition has alleged illegal construction, misappropriation of funds, misplacement of gold ornaments, and various other discrepancies in the functioning of the Ramnathi Devasthan at Bandora.
