MARGAO: South Goa additional district and sessions Judge, Vanda Tendulkar, has reserved the judgment in the anticipatory bail filed by Subadhasha Roy, manager Niraj Cement, Kostimol, Sanguem, on February 28.
According to police Roy is alleged to have sold machinery from Niraj Cement and collected Rs 7.78 lakh and thereafter on February 9 filed a complaint with Sanguem police that unknown accused stole the machinery.
During the course of investigation police arrested two Nazir Sheik, Kharebhand, Margao and Mushahid Khan, Davordem, Margao on February 12 who confessed that Roy sold the machinery to them and that the same was transported by truck trolley and crane.
