PANJIM: A Kerala native has been arrested for alleged possession of narcotics.
The sleuths of Anti Narcotics Cell (ANC) caught 29-year-old Noushad Mohiddin red-handed in possession of 1.4 kg charas, valued at Rs 7 lakh during a raid at Calangute in the intervening night of April 22-23, 2021.
The alleged accused is employed as a tourist guide in Calangute.
He was subsequently arrested under relevant Sections of the NDPS Act and undergoing interrogation.
